Thank You for ordering with the Ashmia Collection, we hope that you enjoy your new product. We’re here to help and want to make this a great experience for you. It takes 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out, and then another 2-7 days for domestic shipping and 7-14 days for national shipping.

1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.
International Shipping is 7-14 Business days depending on your location.
All Packages Delivery is with FedEx, UPS, USPS .

2. How do I track my order and get updates?
You will receive a tracking email with a link from your delivery company.

3. Can I make changes to my order?
For fast delivery service we process orders quickly to help get them into your hands.
For this reason alterations can not be done once the order has been submitted.
4. Returns and exchanges? The Ashmia Collection hair seal must not be broken, worn or tampered with. Returns and exchanges must be done within 7 days of delivery.
If the hair is altered it will be returned back to you and no refund given.
Because human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product we do not offer returns or exchanges if the hair seal is broken.
5. Damaged Claims, if the product was damaged during shipping then please give back to the shipper immediately for a replacement product. Any damage due to styling, styling products, brushes, combes, scissors, hair dyes, cleansing products, maintenance products, will not be covered or replaced. Only unaltered hair will be considered for return. Any alterations to the product is taken at your own risk. Please follow the guidelines and instructions of the said products being used.
We must be contacted before refunding your package at email@example.com or call 718-912-7051 during business hours within the seven 7 day return period.
All products must be shipped back unopened in its original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued.
Attach a note including your order number and reason for return
You are responsible for all aspects of shipping of the returning items, including costs.
We highly recommend getting a tracking number to make sure there are no shipment issues. Ashmia Collection is not responsible for any aspect of returning items being shipped. It is up to you to track and make sure of delivery.
7. When will I receive my refund?
A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method once we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned products were not opened and the Ashmia Collection security seal was not broken.
Refunds are normally returned back to your bank Card within 24-48Hrs.
